We go through different seasons in our life physically and metaphorically. I see myself as an emotional companion to my client's journey through their most challenging times. My goal is to support you through the winters of your life, and even inspire you to enjoy them! My therapeutic approach is client-centered, trauma-informed, culturally-inclusive, LGBTQ2S+ allied, body and sex positive, nonjudgmental, and strength-based, as to ensure that you feel safe enough to be yourself. I see healing as a personal, spiritual and non-linear process in which we gain insight over our lived experiences. .
I am a Registered Psychotherapist who has been in the field since 2013, and have been practicing psychotherapy since 2017. I have been fortunate to work in a variety of clinical settings, including residential group homes with at risk youth, children’s mental health centres,
schools, and private practice clinics in the GTA. I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, and seniors.
I have engaged in both individual therapy, family therapy, group therapy and parental support. Currently, I work with adults 18+ utilizing a trauma focused lens and holistic approach, centering around the mind-body connection. Aside from working with clients, I offer clinical supervision to RP’s and RP (Q)’s. Part of what I love about therapy is that we have the opportunity to connect with so many people and make a difference in their lives. I believe every conversation and interaction allows us to grow, develop an awareness in ourselves and encourages us to be a better version of who we aspire to be. Supervision offers the same benefits.
Life requires us to go through the motions and experience both its hills and valleys. Sometimes we tread through a long and winding road and sometimes we find ourselves soaking in a glorious mountaintop view. These experiences may leave us in need of a safe haven, support to rediscover and rebuild, or a moment to catch our breath and process.

Currently, my pursuit of knowledge continues in a graduate clinical psychology program at Adler University. I am dedicated to ongoing learning and professional growth.

I believe in creating a warm, empathetic, nonjudgmental, and safe environment for all clients. My client-centered approach focuses on building trust and providing support while showing unconditional acceptance of each individual. I aim to collaborate with clients, keeping them as the expert on their lives, fostering growth, increasing insight and learning, while I walk beside them and support them on their mental health journey. My approach is eclectic as I fully appreciate the uniqueness of each individual, their lifestyle, history, culture, worldview and seek to tailor therapy to best suit this individuality. I draw techniques from Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Adlerian, Mindfulness, Narrative Therapy, Gestalt, Strengths-based, and Humanistic approaches.
